Broadmead Renaissance Cast Stone is the result of an acquisition of Broadmead Cast Stone by the Topbond Group and its incorporation into their own cast stone division, Renaissance Cast Stone. Broadmead has operated since the 1890's, originally as stonemasons with a small involvement with cast stone, the situation reversing itself by the 1950's, when cast stone became the sole product used both for new build and refurbishment projects. Until the take-over by Topbond the company was a sub division of Kier Regional Ltd. The marriage of Broadmead and Renaissance brings together a wealth of experience and expertise as well as an enhanced production facility.

Broadmead Renaissance Cast Stone operate from a new purpose built facility at Sittingbourne, Kent and is therefore ideally suited for contracts throughout London and the South East, although we can offer a service throughout the UK.

The Company's experienced technical and production team together with in-house mould makers are able to provide a full design and advice service to overcome any complicated detailing. The product, manufactured only from natural aggregates by semi-dry or wet processes, can solve most design situations with crushing strengths and Capillary Absorption Test results far superior to those set in BS1217. As part of its commitment to producing a quality product not only are we members of the UKCSA but also are externally accredited as Quality Assured to BS EN ISO 9001.
