Established in 1971, Haddonstone has expanded to become a multinational group, with manufacturing facilities in both the UK and USA. The company's headquarters and show gardens are in Northamptonshire along with a 5000 m2 cast stone production facility including studio, mould shop and laboratory.

Haddonstone has an extensive standard collection of architectural stonework and landscape ornaments ranging from string and plinth courses, quoins, heads and cills, and window surrounds to copings, finials, porticos, balustrading, and landscape features. Custom-made items, replicating simple or intricate designs, are produced to individual requirements from the extensive mould shops. By controlling the entire production process from mould making through cast stone production to transport, Haddonstone can provide accurate and achievable lead times and all Haddonstone products can be purchased with confidence.

Haddonstone manufacture a unique form of dry cast limestone with a surface texture similar to Portland stone. The material matures and weathers like natural stone yet, piece for piece, normally costs significantly less than quarried stone. In addition to the renowned dry-cast range, Haddonstone also manufacture wet-cast TecStone and lightweight TecLite fibre reinforced cast stone products, to cover all your cast stone needs.

The material used in every Haddonstone design exceeds the requirements of UKCSA, including the compressive cube strength, and fully complies with all relevant UK and European standards including BS 1217: 2008. This is as a result of Haddonstone’s utilisation of the very latest technology, including vapour curing, which gives the stone stronger edges, making it far less susceptible to site handling or installation damage. If on-site damage still occurs, then vapour curing means replacements can be rapidly supplied, reducing site delays. UK based employees number around 130 with a staff of 12 in a dedicated Contracts Department. Haddonstone has a fleet of vehicles for UK deliveries and exports worldwide. Haddonstone is a founder member of the UK Cast Stone Association (UKCSA),and a three-time winner of the international Green Apple Award for environmental best practice.

For professional clients, Haddonstone offer Technical Sheets, CAD detailing and CPD presentations. A full colour 216 page catalogue is available on request, in addition to a comprehensive web site and CD, to assist you in specifying and detailing cast stone.

Haddonstone’s high technical and aesthetic competence is matched by the abilities of their Contracts, Customer Services and Technical Specification Departments, who would be delighted to discuss your cast stone requirements for any project - from terraced houses to prestige residential schemes and from leading international hotels to commercial developments. Please give them a call to see how they can assist you with your cast stone projects.
