Outstanding development complements Georgian conservation zone

This elegant courtyard development of neo-classical properties by Prowting Homes perfectly complements the surrounding Georgian conservation zone in the historic Lincolnshire market town of Stamford.

Bespoke cast stone dressings and ashlar masonry from UKCSA member Forticrete were designed to harmonise with the old Lincolnshire limestone and exceptional vernacular architecture. A challenging site was completed very successfully.
