Exclusive development dressed in cast stone

Bespoke cast stone dressings from UKCSA member Forticrete were specified by Ryden property Consultants for a 35 unit exclusive development of 4-5 bedroom properties located in the heart of the Angus countryside.

The Harvest Country Homes development at Monikie was completed in autumn 2007. It is 10 miles north-east of Dundee in the centre of a triangle formed by the ancient former boroughs of Dundee, Arbroath and Forfar.

Director of developer DD3, George Harrow, wanted the best building products available, which led to the specification of cast stone window surrounds and quoins from Forticrete to complement the stone and render finish of the distinctive twin gabled facades.
